How about Blyth? I cannot remember the name of the viaduct.

I think Deepdale or Belah.

It looks very like the Wansbeck Viaduct between Ashington and West Sleekburn, known locally as "The Black Bridge"

I thought that but the structure and the trees do not look right to me. 65717 was a Tyne Dock engine so what it was doing at either place is a mystery!

65717 may have been a Tyne Dock locomotive, BUT only between Nov 1954 - Oct 1958. Before her Tyne travaille, she was allocated to Kirkby Stephen on the Stainmore Line between Sep 1946 - Nov 1954, when she would have assisted with hauling the coal & coke traffic to the blast furnaces/steel works of Workington & Whitehaven in West Cumberland, from the collieries & coke ovens of South & West Durham.

Ken Hoole's 'The Stainmore Railway' highlights that a single J25 could haul upto 12 x 21 ton hoppers loaded, unassisted on the line, and this doubled with similar locomotives in combination (J21, J25 & 2MT), either assisted at the rear or double-headed. A maximum of 43 x 21 ton hoppers loaded could be hauled by 2 x 4MT double-headed, assisted by a third 4MT at the rear running westward, West Auckland to Tebay, with a lesser combination of 2 x 4MT double-headed to return 50 x 21 ton hoppers empty eastwards, Tebay to West Auckland.

Given the setting of the tree covered valley sides, the image would be the Deepdale Viaduct, rather than the similar Belah Viaduct on the same line.
