A little while back there was a meeting at the Railway Club in Grantham at which one of my colleagues Mrs Betty Elmer attended. Some local people may well remember that approx ten years ago she did a lovely feature for radio on Grantham Railway station. She spoke to many people to let them know that our community project would like to do a fresh and up to date feature for our heritage project to go out on the air and to be used on our you tube channel.

Not sure if you are aware, but this aspect is currently being covered by the "Return to Grantham" team as presented by them at the Grantham meeting.
My understanding is that once they have undertaken their own recordings of attendees they will I am sure be happy to share these with any interested party in the future.

I spoke to one of the gentleman involved in this over the phone and got the impression that we were all going to work together as a team to bring about a radio feature, but haven't heard anything lately. Maybe I will email direct.
