The second YouTube link recently posted by Strang Steel on page 2 of the 'New archive web gallery' thread (viewtopic.php?f=15&t=7699&start=15) includes 15 seconds (3:15 to 3:30) of railway footage which I think is at Tyne Commission Quay. There's also other footage of maritime-related activity there. At very start of this short section, in the background, stands one of the Tyne Improvement Commission (TIC) saddle tank locos, unfortunately largely hidden behind a motor lorry.
