from the looks of this picture it looks like pickering looking towards the turntable which would be directly behind the tender

That is not Pickering.
No Buffer stop on the right and certainly that is not my Snowplough either.
I don't think they have another one either.
With the indication of a hill behind and the presence of the snowplough, I think that Fort William may be more likely but I am just guessing at that.
