Aberdeen bound

Post by Deepol »

60087 BLENHEIM leaving Glasgow's Buchanan Street station in July 1962 with the 5.30pm 3 hour express to Aberdeen a few weeks after the accelerated times had been introduced using A4s. However, A4 availability was poor resulting in substitutions of A2s, A3s, LMS and BR Standard 5s.
