Neil,
You obviously received "Welwyn Tunnels" info for this one very soon after posting, but to clarify slightly; as "1A35" strongly suggests anyway, No.6 is on an up train emerging from Welwyn North Tunnel : The twin-headed colour-light signal being the Down splitting Distants for Woolmer Green box, showing yellow x 2.

This is a tricky one, with little to go on, unless someone knows the location very well.
Anyone care to comment on it possibly being the east end of Waverley?
