Is this the same one? I believe it was BR 68088 and it was at Bentinck colliery in August 1963. Y7s look a bit lightweight for colliery work.

Its a different loco that must have been sold out of service pre 1946 as my reference book does not list a second LNER number for former NER 1310.
Too lightweight for pit work you say, the NSR

I have a railway bylines with a Y7 class history i will dig it out and add to this post later.
No.1310 withdrawn from LNER stock Feb 1931 sold to Robert Frazer Sep 1931. Resold 1932 to Pelaw main colliery. Taken into NCB No.6 area stock on formation of the NCB numbered No.64 transferred to Watergate colliery circa 1959.
In 1965 it was acquired by the Steam power trust and transferred to the Middleton Railway.
68088 sold out of service to Bentink colliery 1952 acquired by the Y7 preservation trust in 1964 was at Loughborough but i think its on the North Norfolk now.
