Where does the windup key go?!

Now this one I find especially good.
I managed to place the loco as a C8 atlantic. I don't know the number, but as there were only two of them I suppose it doesn't really matter.
The location in Newcastle is difficult to fathom, but it looks to me like Forth Banks Goods depot.
Any thoughts?

Probably is Forth goods depot. In the top righthand corner it looks like the viaduct leading to the K.E.B.

What is clamped to the rail between the sleepers alongside the briefcase?
Looks too heavy! to be a tiebar.

You could well be right. The other postings I made on the "COR" thread show a group of Royal Grammar school kids on a loco at Manors North, six days later.
Malcolm.
