Hi all, I recently purchased an old glass plate negative for my collection and need to find out when the said engine was named. The plate is of newly built Gresley A1 Class 4-6-2 No 2551 later to be named 'Prince Palatine'. The plate came in a sleeve dated 1925 location Woolmer Green. Any help id finding out when No 2551 was named would be most appreciated thanks.

Thanks Colombo.
Putting the two threads together, that confirms 1925 as the date of the photo.
