There is an enamel level crossing sign which is "reputedly" NER and they have (or had) one in the excellent railway museum in Wylam library. The NER electrified lines sign is rare but suffers by it's enormous size and weight.
I will rise to your challenge and dig out some of my photos.
Edit* Here is the goods station weighbridge at Darlington Bank Top seen by me 18.1.80 with a trespass sign and the rare "Warehouse" sign. The build is long gone now.

opposite it was this derelict office with the ultra rare "Goods Office Opening Times" sign. If I had written to BR in York asking to buy it they'd probably have sold me it for a fiver!

The NER goods office sign is now in the NRM (unless it is one from somewhere else)

Here's a pic of some of my former collection.
On the the left is the ultra rare NER Electrification Overhead Wires sign from the Newport Shildon system. In the middle is a "BARRAS" seatback from the Stainmore line. On the right partly covered up is the top of a Milepost headed "Jn Scarbro" from the Whitby to Scarborough line. The centre item is the NER Rifle League shield, the only thing I left, more or less.
