Just a bit of FYI for you Mike, if you're a bit unclear as to the exact location of Langley Troughs. The north end of them feathered out just under the present Six Hills Way overbridge. There was a classic three-arch brick bridge approximately 50 yards south of the present one, which carried the then Norton Green Lane over the line.

Like many other places, that area is now almost totally unrecognisable.

I recently bought this negative of N15 69163 in charge of the Branch Line Society's Bathgate and District railtour of 6/5/61. As per usual there's no worthwhile documentation with it and so i should be grateful for identification of the station where this shot was taken please:
