It's In The Wrong Place!

Post by Deltic18 »

It's appeared in Swindon! Working for a TOC does have some advantages. Yes, Tornado has made it to Swindon! It passed through en-route from Tyseley to Barton Hill for use on the Bristol TM - Kingswear 'Torbay Express' service for the next few weeks until the 'King' is available. Nice to see that they can use a proper type of loco!

It's to show them what a proper express passenger locomotive looks like! as they only built goods locomotives! :D

Not a cooper cap or brass dome in sight just an engine as they should be built for Express Passenger work.

I have protested to the guys at Ixion that they are building the wrong company but they are blinkered and see were that has got them.

I spoke to someone at Exeter St Davids just before it was due through and was told that the station was 'heaving'. Maybe 'Tangmere' coming from Waterloo had something to do with it but I doubt it.
