6905 is clearly at the same location as the photo of 6820 in LNER Album Volume 2 (Stephenson, Ian Allan, 1970), which the caption gives as 'outside the small depot at Keith'.

I have in my possession a 8" x 6" B &W photograph of 62267, a GNSR D40, standing on the harbour side at Lossiemouth, Morayshire.
The copyright belongs to a N. E. Stead.
Would you like me to scan the image and send a copy onto you for your collection?
Regards
NG.

A part of D40 GEORGE DAVIDSON lived on long after the demise of the loco and is now in the NRM. It was the Nameplate that adorned shedmaster George Davidsons office at Tweedmouth shed . I believe that said Mr Davidson had been an LNER Premium Apprentice.
Hi interested in the area served by 52D. also researching colliery wagonways from same area.
