NER Dynamometer Car Log Book

In the adjacent discussion regarding this vehicle, mention was made of the log book. It suddenly occurred to me - has this ever been published, digitised, or the contents made publically accessible? I'm thinking here of the basics viz., dates, location, subject/reason.
My own interests would naturally focus on the NER/LNER electric locomotives. I have details of the ES1 test in 1908 and I know the EF1 and EE1 locomotives were tested, but I have no further information on this matter. I'm straying slightly off-topic here but the NER did conduct tests on the Tyneside electric stock over two Sundays in November 1904. I'm not certain if the Dynamometer Car was around then, but they ran empty sets fully metered, with 5 tons of bar iron on the floor to simulate a fully loaded train.
