B12 liveries in the 1930s

Does anyone know the painting details for B12s in the mid 1930s? The attached picture was taken at Gorton in 1933. The loco had worked cross country from East Anglia and was being prepared for its return. At this time B12s were painted in lined LNER green but I don't know whether the wheels and the footplate valance (as painted by Stratford) were plain black or green. The lack of a white line around the axle centre suggests that the wheels weren't painted green. Absence of this line on the bogie wheels is quite clear but is that proof-positive that they weren't actually green? The cab and boiler cladding are undoubtedly LNER green. Any informative comments would be much appreciated. DW
