Green Arrow in a spot of bother again?

Has Green Arrow got a slight problem?
Or is it going 2-4-0?
Or is it going 2-4-0?
(2-4-2 being 'F').
It had a hot box, so if the hot box was on the rear driver then it would make sense that they've removed it.
