J Class Locomative

Got a old pic of 2 people standing next to a J class Loco 2 inside Number plate looks like 439 I think it was call St Boswell can any one help on who the people are
Following from your previous query Owen, I assume this is picture is in Scotland...?
I ask because "Class J" isn't an LNER designation, but it was used by a number of constituent companies.
It would help if we knew the wheel arrangement of the engine. Can you scan the picture and post it to the forums? This will help greatly in identifying the engine. Identifying the people would be much harder.
Combining with the Scottish theme, it might be an NBR Class J "Scott".
These were named "Scotts" because they were named after characters in Sir Walter Scott's books. These are 4-4-0s.

Unfortunately none were called "St Boswell" or carried the number "439".
The only "Boswell" that I've found so far, was the Peppercorn A1 No. 60138 "Boswell":

This would have never been called a "Class J" though!
