Many Thanks

Andy,
I've had a look in the Darlington C&W list of drawings at the NRM and it only comes up with two diagrams. The information is as follows:

Officer’s Saloon No [21661 deleted] renumbered 902179 [diagram]
Saloon, bogie 8’-0”, clerestory, square; -\ -\ -; Diagram C, Code 2036; linen print;
There is no G.A. drawing of this saloon as altered.
York Works letter A/8/33.
Underframe G.A. Drg No 4033.D

Officer’s Saloon No 21661 [diagram]
Saloon, bogie 8’-0”, clerestory, square; -\ -\ -; Diagram C, Code 2036; linen print.

I think that the -\-\-\ menas that there is no date visible on the drawing.

There is no entry in the Darlington C&W list for the underframe to drawing 4033. There are however references to 6-wheel saloons proposed to be rebuilt with bogies - you'd need to go to York and examine the drawings to see if they are applicable.
