HORNBY R2441 FLYING SCOTSMAN

Post by 52D sub shed »

Gents, a simple question if I might?
Did 4472 Flying Scotsman ever run in LNER days with a double chimney and/or large smoke deflectors?

Thanks for taking the time to reply, I now have access to my Green books and Yeadons and it seems only Humorist ran for a short time in 1937 with double chimney (of various patterns) and with and without smoke deflectors but sadly with a round dome.
