A New Livery for GNR Atlantics
I did think though that the only inside-cylindered GNR Atlantic was one of the Klondykes, and this one appears to have a fatter boiler.
There does not appear to be any indication as to the identity of the model-maker.

But could a Klondyke be what our bucket and spade expert intended? So, the M&GN mustard yellow, with an experimental lilac treatment for the wheels...
