Hi all
Does anyone know if there are any late-GCR era carriage working books in existence? I work in 2MM gauge and want to make up some accurate train formations for the London Extension in the 1918=23 period.

I have not seen any pre-grouping ones although I do have one from 1927. My main interest is post-war, for which period I have, or have access to, several carriage workings covering the GC.
Others on this forum may have more information for the pre-grouping era.

There are GCR carriage formations in the Oakwood J G Robinson biography.
I know of nothing between them, pre-WW1, and Robert's 1927 LNER version.

Thanks for the leads guys, appreciated! I'm an experienced modeller, but I'm quite new to this 'real railway' research stuff! I've gleaned all my historic knowledge from secondary sources so far.
If such info survives, is it a 'working time table' I'm looking for or would it be contained in something else? I'd be happy to do the digging myself, but I think I might need a narrower idea of what kind of document I'm looking for before I pester 'search engine' and other archives.
cheers,
Will
