Attached extracts from LNER drwg 15282D (Darlington) for a 20ton express goods brake van 1936 to go with the pics Bryan took, should make sorting it all out easy.

Thanks to those who helped me with information. I have built my 7mm scale model, modified from a Slater's kit and I have the evidence below. The roof has only temporary screw fixings until after painting, likewise the glazing and glazing bars. However the paint job will have to wait - the paint shop is packed away pending a house move.
