At this present time, I'm re-painting a railroad hornby coach,
I've got buffers, under frame etc etc
Just woundering what sort of colour was the bogies on the coaches ?
LNER coach bogie colour ?

From new: bogie frames black, back of wheels black, wheel centres teak brown colour (same as solebars), tyres and axles white.
In service 3 - 4 months and it would all become dusty brown in colour!

ok thats fair enough, if you ever want some discount on DCC controllers, let me know as i work in model railway shop (model railway store, may of seen our advert in the back of the mags )
I suggest you check a Hornby LNER Coach (presuming your shop stocks them) all the colours are there as a guide.
