Open Goods Wagons 1890

Just wondering what the average capacity of a goods wagon would be in the 1890's.
York to Harrogate line in particular.

The NER had a new design of 4 plank general merchandise open of 8T capacity at that time. Keep in mind the LNER at formation inherited wagons of under 8T capacity...
