The 'Cosy Home Show' train, 1962

Does anybody know which ex-LNER vehicles were converted for 'The Cosy Home Show' exhibition train which toured the country from 1962? It appears to have included wooden coaches of both LMS and LNER origin, painted in a special livery and lettering for the joint sponsors, the NCB - National Coal Board, and CUC - Coal Utilisation Council. One coach exhibit contained a working coal fire back-boiler feeding hot water to four radiators!
