1967 Timetable

Can anybody give me a timetable and route for trains to/from Middlesbrough to Luton in May 1967 (cost would be nice as well!). That should get some minds working!

I have the NER Summer 1966 timetable, if that's any good, although that doesn't include connections to Luton. Route would have been Darlington (change), ECML to York, Sheffield via Pontefract (change), MML to Luton, most probably with another change at Leicester, although I suspect it would have been quicker going to Kings Cross and walking across to St. Pancras for a local to Luton. Can't help on the fare though!
